I have been a customer of this business for over 8 years and bought many firearms and accessories from them over the years w/o any issues but my last 2 purchases there were very disappointing, both firearms were defective and looked like they were returns due to mfg problems or very obvious ware. In both cases they were very unhelpful and their customer service was terrible. There customer service went downhill the last year or so. They wouldn't publish your review on their website if you have a any complaint or any criticism against them. Very disappointed in grap agun after years years of buying from them. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
