I've been a customer of greenflag for a number of years and when I needed them only once they were there promptly and i couldn't have had better service.
I have just cancelled my renewal, but still taken out a greenflag policy for this coming year, online.
However, the customer service agent was rather short with me when I said wish to cancel my renewal, but take out another that I'd seen online.
Instead of explaining, he cancelled it immediately, and then said I'd have to go online.
Who knows? If he'd explained I may have spoke about the renewal price with him, but he didn't give me a chance. Very curt response from him!
