I called for assistance yesterday at 2pm as I was at home I wasn't in a great rush so agreed with the call centre and slot between 4:30-6:30
2 mins before 6:30 I got a call to say they were running late and they would aim to be with me at 8pm no help arrived so I called and was told they would be there by 9 pm at 9:20 I called again. Again to be told we are very busy. I then had a call from the garage assigned to me who told me they were on the way. We are sorry for the delay. Eventually the help arrived at 10:40 pm. So I from 2pm when I 1st logged the call to 10:40 pm that's beyond a joke. What rubbish service. Then to be told I needed a new battery and we don't carry spares. If they had been earlier I might of had some hope of getting a battery or arranging another form of transport for this morning. I had explained when I 1st called I needed the car in the morning for a medical appointment for my elderly parent.
