After waiting 2 hours when we arrived to rent the car we had to return it as soon as possible due to fault, the next day they proceeded to blame us for not returning it the same day even though the office was closed and we proceeded to wait another 2 hours. Even then the oil and the water had not been checked so we had to return to the depot.
When we returned the car we reported the bad experience when renting the car and the manager proceeded to ask me why i am still here, upon informing him that he was now simply being rude he escalated the situation by threatening me with physical violence in no uncertain manner. Quite simply the worst customer service i have ever received had and the staff should be ashamed of their behaviour. I recommend never using this company behaviour like this is totally unaccptable
