I took the car in Paphos (Cyprus) in June 2022 for 2 weeks. Company provides van transfer from the airport to the office (2 min.). Company driver was really on time, helpfull with luggage and friendly - this was great to be welcomed by such a nice people. Check in time was standard, lady offered me free upgrade from Focus to Galaxy (great). Car itself was used (2014) but clean (no smells, no sand). After 2 days of using car indicated automatic gear transmission problem. I called to the office and they provided me an assistance of the specialist from Larnaca office and he has helped me to reset the system and also offered me change to my ordered car Focus - that was not needed. I appreciate their action and offer. Final hand over of the car was OK, quick check took 2 min. and money were transfered to my credit card instantly. All in all, I am fully satisfied with the company and their service. Next time will use their service again. Great.
