The car was great (Ford Puma hybrid, very good fuel economy and comfort)
The price was reasonable
The team at the office was very helpful
The only thing that could be improved is the directions coming from the airport in Arlanda, we lost an hour by taking the shuttle to the Car Rental parking when we should have taken the hotel shuttle
