This company is notorious for showing you minor damage when you rent a vehicle and ask you to sign and accept it then, when you return the vehicle, claim you have caused new additional damage and immediately dedect the vastly over estimated repair cost from your security deposit. Subsequently, they never actually repair the minor damage in order to fool future customer to pay and recover the repair cost many times over. Then they never answer emails, phone calls or voice messages hoping you don't take action. I was warned they do this by two friends who got caught by this scam. Beware.
