Yes, it's in the contract and it's called an "Admin Fee" but it's just a way for them to make money out of you in other ways. I paid £68 for an email as I paid the late payment of £2.50 direct. I WAS a loyal customer of this bunch of crooks, using their cars numerous times but for the sake of £68 they have lost my custom permanently! WARNING!
