Hungry for money, dedicated to confusing you and ignorant of anything else but to take full advantage of you particularly if you have children or elderly relatives with you and you have no option but to take the damaged vehicle with all the added penalties they apply even before you drive a vehicle! They are absolutely horrible and they get away with it. I don't understand why the government or the police are allowing these rip off merchants take our money and do whatever they want with it. They don't even provide a service! Avoid this dump. Any Green Motion branch is fully corrupt just walk the other way and find a reputable car hire that cares about you and your experience.
