I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. When I went to pick up the car, my credit card chip wasn't working properly, and instead of offering any solutions, the staff told me there was nothing they could do. They were completely unhelpful and wouldn't even attempt to find an alternative. Additionally, they required a massive $2,500 bond, which we believed was what we paid an extra insurance policy when booking they then wanted an additional 300 pounds to reduce this amount. I was very frustrated, especially since I had no other option but to leave without the car. I went to Enterprise, where they simply typed in my credit card number manually and had no issues at all. Be very careful when picking up a car here — make sure your chip works perfectly or you could be in for a lot of unnecessary hassle! I definitely won't be coming back we also lost $1800 on our booking because they could not offer a solution
