Very bad Company!!!
Our plane was delayd, we could`t pick up the car on the time that was on the voucher.
When we phoned them nobody answers, (not even on the SOS number!) they were closed.
The car was reserved and payed for 11 days, so we went there next morning. They did not give us a car because we where not there on the time on the voucher.
We did not receive a car and also not receive our money back.
They said: you are not the first, and you will not be the last...
