The vehicle was spotlessly clean and the pick up/drop off was quick and easy. It saved a lot of time being able to do most of the registration online beforehand, including uploading images of the required documentation for the driver. On the negative front, the car we were given was much smaller than the category we'd requested (we couldn't even fit our suitcase in the boot) and it was an automatic, which we hadn't asked for. The driver was used to a manual so it took a while to adapt, which wasn't easy in the busy traffic you encounter leaving the location. It would also be better if it is highlighted clearly at the top of all rental agreements/communications that you shouldn't get on the free shuttle bus to the Car Rental area, as that's not where Green Motion are based. We had to get back on to return to the airport having made this mistake, and we weren't the only ones on that bus so it's obviously not clear enough at the moment.
