OMG what a nightmare. Did the car rental bought car insurance in advance of the reservation as typically do not do that. When I got to the car rental agency, they wasted 20 minutes of my time making me verify other insurance over and above the insurance I bought.
In addition, they had me pre-sign the day before to expedite the car rental pickup with all our details it made us do it all over again. This place is a complete scam. Total BS!!!!!!!!
