The bus to the Green motion office at Stansted only runs twice each hour, so if you just miss it you've a half hour wait. The 'gentleman' in the office at the Novotel in Stansted was trying the hard sell, wanting to push me into buying insurance and barking at me when I said I wanted like for like in terms of fuel 'so you don't even want to listen to your options?'. It was too dark to check the car for damage in the car park but luckily I checked it the next morning and sent a photo before 10am. I won't use Greenmotion again because I didn't feel comfortable with the manner and tone of the staff and as a lone female I would prefer to be in a better lit busier rental situation.
