Got fleeced by the same scam regarding scratches that everyone else did. No scratches upon delivery but they show upon return. I guess they polish them over and take the polish off afterwards. The government should really close them down but also Rentalcars.com and others should stop using them full stop. That is the only way you will be able to stop this scam.
