Horrible, got proper scammed experience. Rented a car in Corfu. When we arrived the car wasn't there "because we were late". On the contract the time of our arrival was set on 10 am even though we didn't put it there, so we had to pay for another car! We had a flight at 8am so had to drop-off the car at 6. They said they will charge us 25 euros for that because they have to come there specially for us but when we got there, there were many other customers from the same flight, so they charged 25 euros from everybody. When we tried to retrieve the deposit they said on their website it takes up to 14 days, on the phone they said sometimes up to 28 days, what the hell? The worst car rental company we had ever dealt with.
