Their customer service has not been responding to me for more than 3 weeks after a tried deduction to my account of total of EUR 239 FOR A DEVICE THAT IS NOT EVEN IN MY POSSESSION. And they said that since I agreed in the terms in conditions, they cannot remove the payment because THEY CANNOT FIND THE DEVICE FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE. A common problem they don't resolve at the expense of the customer. Scroll down from their previous posts in their facebook page, they have cases similar to mine - and they don't seem to want to address it. They won't care about the customer even if their system continues to get money from your bank account / credit card.
There is a scheduled payment again coming up for this month and they said they will not stop charging.
They blocked me in their facebook page.
