Absolute scam! Hands off!!
I had to cancel one of my contracts within the 14 day period due to a mistaken decision. This was in November. I used the shipping label provided by Grover and returned the device.
Grover sent me the wrong shipping label and now refuses to cancel my 18-month contract since they have not received the device because UPS (their return company of choice) doesn’t know where the device is. They’ve even gone as far as claiming I’m in the wrong for not having noticed that they sent me the same shipping label for two different cancelled contracts.
I’ve now been waiting to hear back from them for over 10 days and instead they have simply closed my support case today. What kind of service is this??
