Grunt Style’s customer service is absolutely terrible. I received a Texas Grunt Style shirt and noticed the Texas flag on the right sleeve was printed upside down. When I contacted them about it, instead of owning up to the mistake, they claimed they couldn’t even find a record of my order—despite the fact that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with them over time. That’s not just disappointing, it’s insulting to a loyal customer. Poor quality control and worse customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.
