Received a few, started emailing the company asking where the other items were? at the beginning I was getting answers and then it completely stopped. No response to emails any longer. called customer service phone kept on ringing stayed ringing for over a half hour finally somebody picked up. No help there, asked for a supervisor. She was absolutely no help. This company oversells their items and they don’t have them in stock. You do not ignore the customer after they’ve paid for everything. I have bought from this company for years and something’s changed here. Will never order again.”

“I love this brand, but I am so disappointed by a Customer Service team that apparently has no one to escalate matters to, that has no idea who runs their company, and that isn't willing to listen to their customers. After more than 6 weeks of placing my order, and more than a month of it sitting in a UPS depot, I had to contact 3 times to try to resolve my matter. They allege that the package is not "lost" even though there has been no tracking information since November 14th (more than a month ago). I was hung up on after asking numerous times for someone in the legal or logistics department that I could escalate the matter to. VERY disappointed by a company that stands for good things, but that doesn't actually care.”
“I purchased a 3 pack of mystery tees and recieved 3 of the exact same tees. They are all just black tees with the grunt logo on the sleeves. I definitely don't l recommend thier mystery tees.”
“I have been a valued customer for 10+ years and a club member for the last 5yrs. Recently in the last year they changed their beer guarantee policy. Not knowing this was changed I sent back a bunch of shirts in which they just threw away instead of saying they wouldn't except them anymore. The rep on the phone told me that's the policy sorry! I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this company and was given the middle finger because of a policy they just decided to change out of nowhere. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They clearly don't care about their customers money or business. Spend your money elsewhere where it is appreciated.”

“I bought two backpacks one from gruntstyle edc elite and a Condor backpack . Edc elite uncomfortable to carry the loops you have on the zippers get tagged with each other the third pocket doesn't unzip all the way . Use this for work I work in a casnio I carry my lunch extra clothes my conceal carry and tried it for the range. This would be good some school kid .the conbor this for range and it is better built bag . Thanks larry brady”
