Really impressed with the service. I didn't receive my order within the timescale suggested. (Not sure if it was actually sent originally). I called and spoke to customer services who resent my order and was received within two working days without any fuss or daft questions. We all make mistakes and it is the way complaints are resolved that demonstrates how good companies actually are. Thumbs up to GSF.
