I needed a replacement car battery urgently so chose to pay for the "next day" delivery if ordered before 4pm. I made the order before 2pm on a Wednesday. The parcel wasn't shipped until the Thursday evening so it was never going to be "next day". At that point, it was estimated to be delivered on Monday but did arrive on Friday afternoon.
I requested a refund for the additional delivery charge but never received a response or a refund. The 3 stars is because the battery arrived and worked but the lack of response regarding the delivery has cost GSF any future business from me.
