Did not have the battery I ordered in stock. Could not find it in the store. Gave me an equivilant. No idea if it was beter or worse than the one I ordered. Took payment before not being able to find the battery. Would have been better if they took payment when the item was on the counter. Service seemed very slow. Did 3 customers in 15 mins. Thats not unuasual at trade countesr where most people seem disinterested unless the customer is a regular / friend / geezer.
