Placed my order on the 22nd had an email on the 24th to say the order was delivered. Then had nothing for a week or so, I’ve messaged using ‘live chat’ function about 4 times and had no response. I finally got an email earlier into January in which they said they would personally send me update of the order, again nothing. Emailed them back for them to say it had been lost. They sent out the parts again and I got them in a couple of days. I’ve used GSF many times in store, had no problems, This is the first time I’ve ordered online and it will be the last. The lack of communication was terrible.
