i was given an incorrect oil filter even though the car reg was given. Then ended up having the garage put back the old filter. A replacement was then given which was also incorrect and the old filter had to put back in again. A third replacement filter eventually turned out to be correct which was then fitted. The entire experience was a nightmare luckily the garage was very considerate and they made three attempts to fit it, However the damage, inconvienance and time wasted was annoying and has not been compensated.
