I ordered brake pads and discs for my car over a week ago. I've received an oil filter and oil for the wrong car. I've had email discussions and the main concern from the agent was when they could collect the items that were sent to me by mistake. No mention of getting what I paid for sent to me. I then spoke to someone on the phone(when I managed to get the number), and they were apologetic and refunded my next day delivery charge. Also, they were going to order the correct items for me. Allowing for the bank holiday, I still have had no confirmation that what I ordered has been dispatched.
So I still don't have my brakes. ☹️
