I have purchased two suits online (order#00592486), since they didn't fit me I tried initiate a return request but Gutteridge website have a system glitch where it does not recognize US addresses, I then reached to customer service probably 16 times within 3 months (via WhatsApp and emails), and every time I start from zero to explain the issue to them and they promise to fix it and nothing happens, it is a complete headache and absolutely unacceptable way to manage your customers. Furthermore in between those months I happened to travel to Italy where I took the goods with me to drop it at their flagship store in Milan but they refuse to accept it, and they made me take it back to the US to make the return from there back to Italy which absurd and expensive to everyone not to mention environmentally unfriendly. I'm still waiting and hoping that they reach out to accommodate my return request. Super disappointed.
