This is probably unfair to Gym Direct as this is more to do with the freight service. My equipment arrived in separate shipments over a week, including deliver items that were not mine. After 10 days of deliveries and returns I do not have a full order and much of my order is in very bad condition. I have made formal complaints to both Freight Direct and Gym Direct and have had no response. Very frustrated and disappointed.
