I bought the set of 7 heavy barbells plus a rack and did it online. When I got to the delivery piece it quoted some ludicrously high $ amount to deliver, as the order was very heavy and needed a small crane on the truck to manage it. I think it was quoting around $300 for delivery , so I didn't pursue completing the order. The next day I got an e-mail from a sales coordinator called Chris G who wanted to know why I hadn't completed the order, so I asked if there were cheaper delivery options , to which he replied yes, an $80 flat fee, but you have to unload yourself. No problem , plus he gave me 10% discount on the order. So I was very impressed. The product is also really good. Well done Chris, I will be a regular customer from now on.
