Ordered an in-stock bench, two weeks later received an email that it had been dispatched. Over a week later it still had not arrived, check tracking number and said it had delivered before it was dispatched. Contacted customer service and explained situation and said they would look into it and would "call you back before lunch tomorrow". Close of business the following day, still no call. Contacted customer service again to find out where the bench is, only to find out it is not in stock.
So nearly a month on from ordering and paying for an in-stock item and no product delivered.
Would have ordered elsewhere if I knew this was the case, pretty disappointing service as a whole.
