my experience may be atypical since i ordered during Covid. i was aware when i ordered that delivery times were under strain. it still boggled my mind how long things took. but i didn't let it worry me too much since they had warned me. i guess it took more than a month for stuff to arrive. the great things that happened however well outway any others: 1. they called me and advised me that my order included an item less suited to my purpose than i had thought. they suggested an alternative. the alternative they suggested is my favourite 2. the actual equipment is very sturdy and was very easy to assemble 3. the delivery process when it happened was good and i could track it which helps. 4. the olympic weights that are colourful and large fill me with joy and me feel like a God - so much nicer to lift in my mind So a very good experience and I would recommend these people.
