Not happy at all. After purchasing a squat rack on their eBay site I was contacted a few days later and offered a refund as that particular set up was now discontinued. I then ordered a Muscle Motion bench via their website and when it came none of the washers that were meant to be included were there. Frustratingly I then had to go to the local hardware and purchase these separately. The bench is actually pretty poor quality so I’d recommend going elsewhere
