I ordered a spiky ball, they said it would come in 1 week and 1 month later I am still waiting. They keep sending me emails to write a review, so I got in touch with the company to tell them I didn't have the product and could they look into it? Still nothing is happening apart from writing a review emails!
so they are unreliable, and don't follow up well. I won't buy from them again.
