Website is easy to use. I especially appreciate the accurate "in stock" or "sold out" status on the items. I get really sick of ordering goods only to be told a day or two later they are sold out. Drop shipping at its worst. No dramas like that at Gym Direct. Staff are very helpful and quick to respond to enquiries via message and telephone. Goods were dispatched quickly, arrived fast. There was a manufacturing defect, but Gym Direct had a replacement part to me in two days. Can't ask for more than that.
