This is the absolute worse customer service I have had to deal with. I placed an order on November 12, and on November 14, I received an email stating my order was “the the way” and have yet to receive it. Trying to contact this company for information is ridiculous. They do not reply back for a week. When they did reply back, they said my order had been lost. A replacement will be sent. Another week goes by and nothing. When I emailed again to ask what the status of my order was, they stated 2 items items were out of stock. Due to their “Black Friday sales” they said we will send you what we have in at stock and send you a gift card to cover the other 2 items. Okay. Great. Well, it’s now Christmas Eve, and no items. They did however send me an E gift card in the amount of $26.56??? What? I spent $40 on those 2 Bold stringer tanks. Before taxes. A total of $95.62. I am beyond frustrated. At least send the correct amount I spent. I will NEVER order from this company again. They need to revamp their customer service department.
