Ordered two leggings, only one arrived so I processed a refund for both since they were both going to be too small. Never received the second pair in the mail, never received a refund for them so I’m out $40 because they don’t have a human to speak to, just endless bots and emails that take you no where. Save your money, use literally any other activewear company.

This company promotes itself as an inclusive fitness brand but in my opinion, this is far from the reality. To begin with, they refuse returns once something is worn, even if it faulty or not as described. I purchased training leggings and attempted to wear them to the gym. I read online that the sizing is small, so I purchased three sizes above my typical size. After an average workout, I had unsightly sweat patches everywhere, even though I purchased black leggings. I typically buy Nike or Asics and have never had this problem. When I contacted customer service they stated that everyone sweats differently and refused to return. These are so called 'training leggings' but they are not breathable or moisture wicking, which is pretty outrageous given this is a training brand and training clothes. Also, Gym Shark may feature plus sized models, however, I can't help but feel that this is whitewashing. Their clothes are tiny. I normally wear a size M in other brands and I couldn't even fit into an XXL. This is not a fitness brand, its a fashion brand, so don't be fooled by thinking their clothes are useful for fitness. If you want to flounce around a gym, preening in the mirror, then this is right up your street.

My experience with gymshark was disappointing beyond words. My first purchase with them went terribly wrong—I never received my items as they were lost in transit. My items arrived in my country after 10 days. However, after 2 weeks, there were no updates and I didn’t receive my items. I reached out to customer service, and that’s when things went downhill. Initially, they claimed they couldn’t find my order. Then they said it was held up due to unpaid customs fees, which was confusing as gymshark did not inform me of these fees previously. Later on they said that they couldn’t assist me further and advised me to contact another department. The other department was also slow to respond, they said they would search for my item. Weeks went by with no updates so I had to follow up again. It was only then that I was informed that my parcel was lost. They told me to contact the shipper in order to apply for a refund but didn’t give any more instructions on HOW or WHO to contact to kickstart this refund process. The whole situation was handled terribly by gymshark. Slow replies, lack of urgency, and horrendous customer service. This will be my first and last time placing an order with gymshark.

THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT’S CUSTOMERS ONE BIT. Their customer service is chat or email communication consisting of unhelpful, terribly basic copy-and-paste responses. They are HORRIBLY INCOMPETENT when it comes to shipping items. They sent one of my orders to the wrong state, sent me damaged items more often than not (the most recent one had a huge hole right in the crotch), sent me an order in which somehow just one of the items was soaking wet and covered in MOLD (??!!!), and most recently sent me nothing but AN EMPTY UNSEALED BAG. Upon contacting customer service they refused to do anything to make this right. I am tired of all the headache and will no longer be purchasing from this company. They have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My package was marked as delivered but never arrived (my roommates were home and never received anything) and unfortunately I was on vacation and didn’t notice until I returned. Since I reported it 7 days after delivery Gymshark claims there is nothing else they can do and that I should just simply reorder the 100€ worth of products I didn’t receive. Have been reading multiple bad reviews on this topic. This brand is growning but has 0 customer service background. No will to help out and the only form of communication is through a chatbot.

For this experience I would leave zero stars and I don’t even know if I want to purchase from Gymshark again. I definitely have a complaint and I’ve already spoken with a bot and someone that was “connected” to the chat. I place an order of 12 items with you guys and I did not think anything of it the day it arrived on the 24th. I just opened it last night and 5 of the items are missing. I got a response back from a person today and they said because it is after 7 days of arrival they can’t do anything about it which makes no sense. That is 192 dollars missing from my order and you’re telling me there’s no proof or cameras or footage that you can look up that I did not receive my items??? The response was literally if you still are interested to buy the items again as if I’m just going to waste 200 dollars on something I already paid for. This is so disappointing and I have purchased from Gymshark in the past I am not even sure how something like this can even happen at all. Missing almost half of my order and it’s my fault because I’m busy and I didn’t get to open it in a week ??? Absolutely insane. So disappointed and you guys don’t even have a phone to actually speak to anyone with any type of urgency.

Gym shark started their sale just a few days ago, I added my items to my cart and checked out, everything said it was in stock at the time of checkout. After a while I kept getting emails about shipping delays because they were backed up from the sale. Understandable. However today I get an email saying sorry our apologies..your item is out of stock (even though it wasn't when you placed your order and we still charged you...and now you have to wait 3-5 business days to get your money back for the item we didn't have but said we did and charged you for) here's a 20% coupon to use (not during a sale) I've included a screen shot of their email. I just think it's pretty crappy customer service for all of this being their fault. 🤷

I ordered 3 swim-trunks for my boyfriend last week. Out of the 3 received, 2 of them were the wrong size. I asked customer service to exchange them for me and they said they wouldn’t due to “hygiene” reasons, even though they were never worn and still tagged. The checkout page mentioned nothing about no refunds, it actually said we had the option of 30 days to refund it. I didn’t even want to refund it, all I wanted was an exchange. I am shocked with the poor quality of customer service considering how big of a brand they are. I’m an athlete and I’ve shopped at Gymshark many times in the past and it’s disappointing to see how they treat their customers. Unfortunately I will never buy a product from them again and neither will my friends and family. I have never experienced such poor customer service in all my years of shopping for clothes.

I ordered items from several comparable sites as Gym Shark almost a week ago (June 26) as well as Amazon. I’ve received all items except from GS. All those other items received with 2-3 days at most. Based on the delivery notifications from UPS on my order, it’ll be this weekend (July 5th) before receiving my order, which means it’ll be about 10 days for Gym Shark & 2-3 for the others. I ordered 2 t shirts which isn’t exactly an enormous order. Unsure if they have supply issues etc. but even if the items are of good quality, waiting 1.5-2 weeks to arrive versus 2-3 days for the others doesn’t make sense to order again. Also doesn’t help they had a 60% off sale off everything 1 day after I ordered my items.

Terrible customer service. I spent over $200 in items for them to all go on sale 60% off two days later. Contacted customer service and was basically told too bad. Not even a 10% compensation. Bad business that doesn’t want customers to return. I’m sticking with Lululemon and Nike. Won’t be back to Gymshark and the quality isn’t worth the price

Received wrong item, not even gymshark brand. I returned the item. It was delivered more that 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. And they haven't refund me my money.. DON'T RECOMMEND. NEVER BUYING AGAIN.

Customer service is nice but the sizing is SOOOO WEIRD. I’m an extra small everywhere so I order extra small I literally CANNOT BREATHE so then I order a small and nothing fits except a long sleeve shirt 😒😒😒 then the tights give the weird camel toe WTFFFFF lastly I’m so over crop tops can we have clothes that cover the belly button!!!!!!!

First time in my life having trouble with return and posting a review! First their generated post-office label, didn't work, went to the post office 4 times in total for ending up paying from my pocket the return which they refunded. Now, I've got a mix of wrong size and refund in my return, I can't talk to anyone because there is no phone, a fricking automated bot that is not very smart. I have talked to maybe 5 different people who don't seem to understand what's going on every time been waiting for weeks until they do their job and still to this day, no return. Crazy!!!!

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES TRYING TO PROCESS A LARGE ORDER INCLUDING MY DISCOUNT AND THEIR PORTAL HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES. TRY TO SEARCH FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IT IT DOESNT EVEN EXIST !! WHEN I REACHED OUT BY THE EMAIL FOUND THEIR RESPONSE WAS SORRY WE CANT ORDER WAS PROCESSED . WHAT IN THE WORLD ??? IS THIS A SCAM ? WHEN HAVE YOU EVER HEARD SOMETHING LIEK THIS ?? WORST EXPERIENCE !!

Completed a purchase, Funds taken from my account, then was notified afterwards that i wasn't able to use my friends discount code with the bundle i had chosen. This should be notified before taking my money? Why offer discount codes if you cant even use them. customers don't like confusion.
