I dont recommend GymShark (0 Stars!), AVOID!!! A terribly run company who offer POOR customer service and they make it difficult for people to contact customer service. No phone number at all!!!! The delivery options should be listed as "snail mail", as they are SUPER SLOW. The staff must crawl around the warehouse as literally they could not be slower dispatching!!!! Avoid like the plague. I have autism and I find them misleading, difficult to contact and the service is shocking. This company is not helpful at all. I paid for EXPRESS next day delivery and website states orders made before 9pm will arrive next day (I ordered about 5pm). Almost TWO days later and they still haven't even bothered to dispatch my t shirt, literally, its not even in a box. This has happened before and I don't know why I even bother with this company anymore? Every time i order from them it stresses me out, as i know its going to be a complete hassle. Trying to get hold of them is more difficult than anything. And what type of express is that? They have express options but take slower than economy chinese class post, really slow and never in a rush to even package, so why even bother offering it express. They have no contact telephone numbers to reach staff which is a big negative, as many people prefer talking to a human. Guess what? They now have a terrible chat bot on the website which seems new, it basically told me I'll 'get an email when it's dispatched' after explaining my issue! This is ridiculous, as that clearly doesn't answer my query as to why offer express when they cant provide express. This has actually happened before and I thought it was a one off, gave them a second chance but clearly not, they just advertise EXPRESS but clearly don't give a damn how long it takes as they are extremely slow to dispatch. To quote the website; "Evri Next Day (Order placed before 9pm Weekdays and 7pm Weekends)". I ordered 5pm and its now almost 48 hours later and my express delivery hasn't even been put in a box! The website said order before 9pm for next day, well its now been 2 days and still no dispatch.
Basically this is a poor company as they keep selling 'evri next day' but don't bother even shipping next day, maybe not even the day after the next day! It's beyond a joke and I dread to think how long standard takes, maybe I'll get my t shirt by next year? I can't decide whether it's the warehouse who are useless and just don't bother dispatching, or the website and sales team for not bothering to make things clear as shouldn't be advertised as next day. Or perhaps the owners who may not hire enough staff to deal with the amount of orders? If it isn't here tomorrow I'll just spend the day on every review website. They need to change their website to state they don't offer express as nothing is express with this company... I expect when I pay more to be express, and they clearly have real issues in the warehouse dispatching items. Express items should be a priority as people pay MORE to get it sooner, but clearly they are utterly useless and don't understand why this company has good reviews when it clearly can't deal with express orders. Basically with any other company this would be standard delivery times. If people want to buy from them as gifts or need quickly for birthdays etc then it's IMPOSSIBLE to get it fast. Perhaps I am just used to the exceptional service offered by other brands such as Nike, Adidas etc? Utterly flawless, pay for express with them and I literally get it next day, rarely in my life had issues and when I have, can usually call up. Lets not even begin to mention how awesome amazon and amazon delivery can be, just the best. Clearly gymshark is not in the same league. I dont mind if a company is incompetent but when you pay for something which is SO SLOW, it gets frustrating..... and may as well talk to myself as they literally have NO phone number. I have autism and I like to talk to people... I dont like emailing companies and the fact your company make this so SO difficult for people like myself with autism just to try and get hold of your team, and to try get my product which I paid for is an utter disgrace. I dont know why I even bothered ordering from you! Can you please buy a telephone number so people can actually talk to a human, is it that hard??? This company is NOT easy to contact and that's another reason why they don't deserve anything more than 1 star. Not autism friendly, not easy to access, no phone number, no humans to talk to, a terribly bad bot and shambles when it comes to dispatching and making it hassle free. They basically sit on your order in the warehouse and dispatch it ages and ages later.... and then call that express. Beyond a joke!!! Need to list all delivery options as Snail Mail, slow.
