Shoppay, a service I haven’t used in over a year and a half, auto filled my shipping address. I had moved about a year ago. So my shipping address wasn’t accurate. I’ve had my debit card compromised since, so I had to put in new card info. Well about 30-40 minutes after ordering I was reviewing my order. Cause I’m excited and I wanted to show my bestie what I got. I saw that the shipping information was wrong so I tried to cancel it and they won’t allow me to. So I emailed the customer service… in summary they say it’s not their problem and that I can return the items when I receive them. So I contacted UPS and they said they can’t change my delivery method (I want them just to hold it at the facility) until a delivery attempt has been made. Living at the house it was shipped to, they usually just toss the packages in the garage… So also not helpful. I contracted an old neighbor, who is going to let the home owner know today so she can grab the package for me when it comes. This is my first time ordering from the company, all my friends rave about the quality and at this point I want to be blown away by the products.
