HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order and I bought two of the same item because I wasn't sure which size I needed. From their measurements I was shocked how everything seemed to have been running extremely small so I thought I wasn't measuring correctly.
I now have both and neither has worked out for me (this is a total of $38.40) that I am unable to return?!? It doesn't give me the option to return them and says "final sale". I pulled up the exact item on the website and it shows free 30 days returns excluding final sale items but NOWHERE does it state that this item was a "final sale" item on the website. I have even used the control F command to make sure I wasn't missing where it stated to be a final sale item and the only area on the website that even states final sale is where it shows 30 day returns excluding final sale items. NOWHERE does it state this item is a final sale item and cannot be returned. How are the customers supposed to know if items are not returnable (because the website definitely does not state that the item was a final sale item) until they spend the money only to find out that they are now unable to return the items and get their refund? The item is the adapt animal seamless crop tank. I even have screen shots showing the item states free 30 day returns, not that it's a final sale item. They aren't reading my emails and keep responding with the same thing, refusing to help and refusing to provide a return label. I have reported this customer to the bbb but I wish I had read other complaints before even bothering with them.
