They told me to wait on my return labels... then it was outside return policy date
Please allow me to formally outline the issue for your consideration.
On the 15th of July, I received correspondence indicating that the DHL label for returning my items was not yet prepared. Accordingly, I exercised patience and refrained from initiating the return process, anticipating the forthcoming return labels.
To my profound surprise and dismay, I subsequently received an email on the 6th of August, notifying me that the return labels had expired. In my earnest attempt to resolve this situation, I have diligently attempted to contact your organization, but regrettably, I have not received a response.
This unfortunate sequence of events has left me deeply disheartened. I have been a loyal fan of Gymshark, having made numerous purchases, and the misinformation I received followed by the expiration of the return labels has left me feeling unjustly treated.
I received an email to send a photo of the items and my details, which I did. Then they replied to that email and told me that they couldn't help me as it was outside their return date. (!!!) which was their fault in the first place as I never received return labels, and when I asked about it THEY told me to wait longer. I am hoping that writing here will make them answer to me and call me to find a resolution. If you contact me and we will find a resolution, I will delete this comment
