I ordered 3 swim-trunks for my boyfriend last week. Out of the 3 received, 2 of them were the wrong size. I asked customer service to exchange them for me and they said they wouldn’t due to “hygiene” reasons, even though they were never worn and still tagged. The checkout page mentioned nothing about no refunds, it actually said we had the option of 30 days to refund it. I didn’t even want to refund it, all I wanted was an exchange. I am shocked with the poor quality of customer service considering how big of a brand they are. I’m an athlete and I’ve shopped at Gymshark many times in the past and it’s disappointing to see how they treat their customers. Unfortunately I will never buy a product from them again and neither will my friends and family. I have never experienced such poor customer service in all my years of shopping for clothes.
