Good evening, I brought a knee brace and paid for postage. The item is wildly undersized. Like ridiculous undersized. Now i have lost €5.50 . Its not a lot of money i know but it the whole principle of the situation. I did my research. Read reviews, checked sizing guides . Still a genuine bad experience with Gymshark. I have been a very longtime customer and will not order again from you directly.
I genuinely feel let down by you.
Also contacting Gymshark is impossible. Just being sent in frustrating circles.
