APPALLING PEOPLE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT TWO 9 CARAT GOLD ITEMS, A NECKLACE AND A RING. ALL BROKE IN NEXT TO NO TIME. H SAMUEL WOULDN'T REPAIR THE NECKLACE FOR FREE (it cost me £59 to repair) SAYING IT IS ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE. COMPLETE FRAUDS. THE RING WAS EXCHANGED AND THEN THAT ONE, TOO, SPLIT AFTER A WEEK!!!!!!
I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A GOLD RING SPLITTING THROUGH< LET ALONE TWICE!!!
