“Every recent visit to the store in Croydon has been a pleasure. Most recently I met Alison who made me laugh whilst she was serving me. I’m normally very cheerful but she lifted my spirits during what was a rare stressful moment. How lovely to be able to complete my shopping errand and then leave the store with a smile on my face because the assistant went the extra mile. Thank you”

“I was looking for a every day watch. I went to your Portsmouth store and I finally decided on one, however, when I got home I thought it wasn't really for me. I went back to the store that day, and asked if I could exchange it for a different one. Rose and Elleni were more then willing to find the right one for me. I finally chose one, and they had a lot of patience taking links out to fit my wrist! They were both incredibly friendly, patient and helpful, taking the time to listen to what I was looking for without making me feel rushed or pressured.”

“Hi I would just like to say what a a good experience I have had with this company would highly recommend them , I bought a bracelet for my granddaughters graduation , the staff at the shop were so helpful, unfortunately when my granddaughter tried it on after I purchased the bracelet it was slightly to big ,I took it back to see if they could tack a few links out and they sent it away for me and the staff were very helpful and friendly , I was willing to pay for the adjustments so they said they were not sure how much it would be , on the return of the bracelet I was so surprised that they didn’t charge, I don’t think you would get this service at any other jewellery store , so thank you to all the staff at Hsamuels in Burkenhead , kind regards Mrs J Green”

“I was looking for a very specific crucifix. The amazing staff at the Skipton branch could not have been more attentive and understanding and so pleasant. They found exactly what I wanted, I could not express how grateful and delighted I am. My future place for any jewellery, be it for myself or as a gift. Outstanding and exceptional service.😁”

“Visited Silverburn store. Kristen welcomed me and looked at my rings which badly needed a clean. I returned 30 minutes later and my rings were sparkling. Great service and very friendly. Thank you Kirsten”

“I was in the Cameron Toll store in Edinburgh yesterday. I was buying silver pendant/locket necklaces from the Hot Diamonds range. Chloe was wonderful. Really helped me choose the right thing for me. She was also really informative about other services, for example getting stuff repaired. Really lovely young woman and so helpful. The other staff were also really good and they all seemed to really value working as a team. A credit to H Samuel”

“I went to Broadway Centre branch in Bradford and a lovely lady called Olivia served me. I wanted my ears piercing and I was a bit nervous and she made me feel very at ease and was so gentle and kind. I would highly recommend going here. Ask for Olivia she has some cool piercings too😊”

“I phoned Bridgwater branch and a lady called Sasha was very helpful and friendly when I asked to order some snake earrings into the store to view as pierced earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.They arrived quickly and I was called to say they had come in.when viewing them the staff were also friendly and helpful and I purchased the earrings.”

“Today, Me along with my wife visited the store to buy a watch for my brother's birthday as a gift. Got a notion of being treated as stalkers. Yes, we checked for the best affordable watch as it is a gift. Unfortunately, staffs were busy talking and with their works. The lady who attended us ( Time 2:50-3:05 ) was very unwelcoming and unpleasant. We felt like " if you want, just buy or just leave " attitude. The gift was special for us but she didn't supported us with an openness. Atleast a smile would have made us don't feel offended after the purchase.”

“Bout husbands wedding ring we got married 2 weeks ago went straight onto our honeymoon so no excessive use or anything to cause wear and tear it’s ruined with scratches and top protective coat coming off very poor quality it looks cheap and tacky very disappointed”

“I purchased a wedding and engagement ring set from this jeweller, expecting it to last. Unfortunately, after around three years, a diamond fell out of the wedding band. Given that this section sits underneath the engagement ring, it’s not exposed to knocks or daily wear in the same way, so this was surprising. I paid over £100 to have the stone replaced, only for another diamond to fall out less than a year later. Because it was a different stone, I was told this would not be covered and I would need to pay again. The ring was sent away for inspection and I was told there is “nothing wrong” with it. However, in my view, losing two stones in such a short period suggests an issue with quality or setting. I’m very disappointed with both the durability of the ring and the aftercare service. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this jeweller again.”
