I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent purchase I made from your store. I ordered the Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) Men’s 47mm Black Strap Smartwatch based on the product description provided on your website, which indicated that the watch features solar charging capabilities.
The primary reason I chose this model was precisely because of the advertised solar functionality. However, upon receiving the item, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the watch does not, in fact, have solar charging – it is simply a digital smartwatch.
This misrepresentation has not only caused confusion but also led me to purchase a product that does not meet my needs or expectations. I kindly request that you review the listing and clarify the product details to prevent future misunderstandings.
Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how to proceed regarding a return or exchange, as I would not have purchased this item had the description been accurate.
Given the misleading nature of the listing and the inconvenience caused, I am also requesting appropriate compensation for the trouble and time wasted due to this issue.
