I rang the store in Byfleet this afternoon and spoke to Lewis Jayes. I have been in the car dealership trade for a good while now and very seldom would I take the time to give a fantastic review, but after todays very informative phone call giving the relevant information and putting to one side the correct battery for me and then when i arrived he fitted it. Very professionally double checked the battery and found it to be under performing after placing in the car. Not an issue took it out and replaced with another new battery which this time was spot on. Need to keep members of Staff like this as Halfords must struggle to keep really good team members.
