Please be aware that when ordering click and collect Halfords ignores the customer store preference and decides where the customerhoukf collect.
Customer 'poor' Service Tesm are extremely unhelpful to say the very least and so uninterested nonchalant and rude.
They will nog transfer hou to a manager and cut the call repeatedly.
I woud avoid Halfords at all costs.
Their store ethos is based on a purely arrogant take the money attitude when they clearly make a mistake they are not in the slightest way helpful in trying yo resolve the issue.
