Son bought mountain bike and on top paid extra for a service plan! After two weeks the rear spokes were all loose as result of not being tightened in factory, son simply tried for weeks too drop bike into any local Halfords and was fobbed off that would take weeks too see it as too busy, I took bike into shop myself where we were again told too busy and best take it elsewhere! While there a guy walks up to counter and asks if they could do repairs on his bike! He was booked in straight away as he hadn’t paid upfront like us ! In disgust we left bike at shop although told by Pearce from the Poole department that our bike will be left out back and may get damaged! It’s been a week and we have had no contact!
