Visited rother Halfords canklow branch today needed a reversing bulb fitted in my mini served by a lovely young lady called Alex she informed me that I didn’t need a bulb fitting as I only had the 1 reversing light only had the car a few weeks she was a absolutely diamond didn’t make me feel foolish we had a good giggle if Halfords could bottle her professionalism & personality they would make a fortune my daughter & I smiled all the way home what ever they pay her they need to double it
