About three weeks ago I ordered a bottle of Fenwicks window wize scratch remover, online, click and collect, from Halfords in Leamington Spa. Order went fine until later when I received my e.receipt informing me that my bill was £0.00. No explanation whatsoever. Also included in the email was instructions on how to return the product if there was a problem. Very confusing. So I contacted customer service, to be told the store was temporarily out of stock but there would be a delivery in the next few days.
Now. Three weeks later I contacted Halfords to check on stock of this item. After being put on hold I was then informed that Halfords in Leamington Spa did have stock of this item. I’ve just been to the store to purchase it only to be told “Sorry out of stock!”
All in all, what an absolute waste of time. In my opinion Halfords need to pay higher wages to their employees……….if you pay peanuts then you get Monkeys, especially in the customer service department. Had to give one star because I couldn’t give less.
